Log In

Providers, Billing Agents and Clerks who have previously registered (activated) their account have access to the secure areas of the SoonerCare Provider Portal.  Logging in requires a user to enter a user ID, answer a challenge question, verify a site key and passphrase, and enter the correct password. 

Note: You must successfully register to create a user ID and other security options that allow you to complete the log in process. If you have not yet registered, click Register Now.

Migrated Users

Your existing ID and Password should have migrated to the new SoonerCare Provider Portal.  Upon the initial login to the SoonerCare Provider portal you will be presented with a page to Select Security Question and enter answers.  It is strongly encouraged to choose a custom site key and passphrase for your personal login along with entering a valid email.  This information can be changed on the My Profile page.

Switch Providers

If you are a clerk or billing agent representing more than one provider, after logging in you can switch providers as needed. Select the radio button to switch to that provider. Click Submit. The provider you are now acting on behalf of is expanded. Click Close to continue working on behalf of that provider.

Note: You can switch the provider you are working on behalf of at any time using the menu option.

Logging In

  1. Enter the user ID you established during registration.
  2. Note:  See Trouble logging in?  for more information on steps to take if you have forgotten your login information.

  3. Click Log In or press Enter.
  4. Enter the answer to the challenge question if required.  This question is one for which you established an answer during registration.  Click Forgot answer to challenge question? if you have forgotten the answer to a challenge question.  You will be prompted with information to contact SoonerCare for help.
  5. Note:  You must answer the challenge question the first time you log in.  On subsequent log ins, you are only required to answer a challenge question if you are using a public computer.

  6. Select the appropriate radio button to indicate whether you are using a personal or public computer.  If you indicate that you are using a personal computer, such as a home machine, you will not need to answer the challenge question each time you log in.
  7. Click Continue or press Enter.  Validate the site key and passphrase you selected during registration.  If this information is not correct, do not enter your password; contact SoonerCare instead. If the information is correct, enter your password.
  8. Note:  If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password?.

  9. Click Sign In or press Enter.  You are taken to your home page.
